Lately my media has been photography and movement images based on a single photo. Before that I was focused on painting. Still I feel that I use a lot of the "language of painting" in my photos. In my work I have been from the beginning interested in photographing movement. I think that making a still image from a movement is very unreal and absurd. The first images I took from the dance rehearsal, made a strong impression on me. I used long exposure time in the camera. Shooting a human body with a long exposure time shows at the same time the sensitivity and fragility together with the strength of the human mind. This shows something, which you are not able to see with the naked eye.
